SHIPPING TIME Most orders arrive to the customer 10 to 15 BUSINESS days after ordering.  Next day shipping is available on IN STOCK items only.  The only way to guarantee that an item is in stock with us and available for immediate shipping is to contact us by phone, fax or email and inquire.  If you do not receive your item within 15 business days, please call us or submit an online status check. Do not forget to state your "wear date" and telephone number when checking out. If your event is within 1 month of ordering, we suggest choosing one or two alternate styles to help speed up delivery and increase chances of availability. Please give us the ACTUAL wear date. This WILL NOT slow down your order in any way as we fill them on a "first order, first out" basis. We just use this as a reference so we can keep an eye on the progress of the dresses in conjunction with your wedding date. It basically helps us to be better organized.

BRIDAL PARTIES When ordering dresses for your bridesmaids, we strongly suggest placing just one order for all of the maids. This will help us to make sure that everyone gets the dress on time and from the same dye lot. We are willing to ship to multiple addresses if you wish. Additional shipping will apply for each address. If it is not possible or convenient to place just one order, please instruct your maids to please let us know that they are with the "Smith/Doe" bridal party. Be aware, however, that by placing multiple orders at different times, there is a risk of the chosen dress running out of stock before all orders have been filled. Please remember to include actual "wear date" as well as phone number in case we should need to get in touch with you quickly about your order. Email is great, but not always effective! SPAM software and computer glitches sometimes hinder the delivery of our email and can delay our ability to get in touch with you should a problem arise.

TAXES At this time, there are NO taxes applied upon checkout. However, please be aware that your state may require you to declare items purchased from the internet for tax purposes. If you are an international customer (outside of the US) you MAY be required to pay a customs fee. We always suggest checking into this BEFORE you place your order so there are no surprises when your package arrives.

PRIVACY POLICY Keep Me In Stitches values its customers and respects their privacy. We WILL NOT sell, distribute or share your personal information with anyone.

MAKING A PURCHASE You can order the following ways:

  1. Online checkout - Orders processed through PayPal, a secure online transaction.
  2. Telephone - We accept phone orders from 10 am through 3 pm e.s.t. Monday through Thursday. Visa, Amex, Mastercard, and Discover at 1-724-628-1847.
  3. Fax - We accept fax orders at 1-724-628-0205 by using our printable fax form.
  4. Mail - We accept personal checks or money orders.  Print our order form and send it to:

ORDER PROCESSING Orders via internet ~ online PayPal orders are automatically processed immediately upon checkout. Orders placed by telephone and fax are processed at the end of each business day on the day that the order was placed. Since our products are special order, all items must be purchased BEFORE we instruct the factory to ship them to us. The factories WILL NOT take items back once they have been shipped to us so this protects us from receiving dresses from the factory for a customer who decides not to purchase after all. This, in turn, keeps our prices low for everyone because we are not being burdened by unnecessary inventory.

ORDER CANCELLATION Any orders cancelled AFTER the item has been shipped to us from the factory WILL incur a 30% restocking fee. As state above, we CANNOT return items to the factory after they have been shipped to us. Once an order has been shipped out to the customer, it cannot be cancelled ~ only exchanged! We are not responsible for packages once they have been shipped to the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to make arrangements to pick up the package at the post office, if necessary. All orders returned to us due to customer error, neglect, or package refusal WILL incur a 30% restocking fee and the balance put into a store credit account if you no longer want the item. If you DO still want the item, you must pay the shipping charge again so we can re-ship it to you.

SHIPPING CHARGES We ship by the US postal service. Tracking and/or delivery confirmation information is available on all of our packages. PLEASE NOTE: Choosing express shipping DOES NOT guarantee that your items will ship the same or next day.  If the items are not in stock, we will need to order them from the factory.  PLEASE email, call, or fax if you need your items expressed the same or next day.

EXPRESS MAIL (USA only) $30.00 US Postal Service, Next day or 2nd day depending on location

REFUNDS We have an "exchange only" policy with NO cash refunds.  This is the universal policy for formal wear. However, we will be happy to exchange for any other size, color or style if you are not happy with what you receive. With so many items available, it is almost impossible NOT to find something that you like!

MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE POLICY

PLEASE FOLLOW THE GUIDELINES BELOW FOR A SMOOTH EXCHANGE:

  • A. Merchandise must be returned in the "Original Condition", with tags attached, on the hanger with the garment cover. We will not accept returns for exchange if the item is returned to us with odors, pet hair, deodorant stains or any other type of damage.
  • B. A return Authorization Number # should be requested immediately by e-mail (within 24 hours of receipt) and the garment "shipped back" (post marked) within 48 hours of receiving it. Receipt date is the date that our tracking information indicates that the package was delivered. Customer pays all return shipping charges. We reserve the right to inspect the item for damage upon its return to us.
  • C. Authorization number should be visible on the outside of the package under your return address.
  • D. Please return the exchange policy that is included with your shipment and include your full name, address, e mail used when ordering via internet as well as the color, size and style that you would like to exchange it for.
  • E. We DO NOT exchange any item past your "wear date" and will refuse ANY package that is returned to us after the allotted time and without the authorization number written on the outside.
  • F. Any and all exchanges are subject to a 30% restocking fee as well as any additional shipping charges that will be incurred for the shipping of the new item.
  • G. We carefully inspect each item before it is shipped out but, on occasion, we do miss something. If you receive an item that is damaged, please notify us by email right away. All items being exchanged due to damage will be replaced with another dress of the same size, color and style with no restocking fee applied. If you are exchanging the damaged item for a different size, color or style, a 30% restocking fee WILL apply.
  • H. We DO NOT accept exchanges on clearance merchandise, headpieces and undergarments (hygienic purposes on latter two)
